Refund Policy for Online Teaching
We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness and clarity, we have established the following refund policy for our online teaching services:
1. Cancellation Policy:
- 24 Hours Notice: Students must cancel their lesson at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a full refund.
- Late Cancellations: If a lesson is canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled start time, no refund will be issued.
2. How to Cancel:
Cancellations must be made by contacting us directly via email at info@learnkataijapanese.com.
Please include the following information in your cancellation request:
- First Name
- Last Name
- Date and Time of Booking
- Reason for Cancellation (optional)
3. Refund Process:
- Eligible refunds will be processed within 7 business days of the cancellation request.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of booking.
4. Exceptions:
In case of emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, please contact us directly. We will review each case individually to determine if a refund can be granted.
